Perfect Paella's mission is to offer high quality, personalized Paella catering and party services to select private and corporate clients celebrating special events on the South Coast

Paella has an enormous appeal within the UK population and is becoming ever more popular for catering events. Cooking with these pans creates real theatre with its colours and aromas. Its very well suited to both meat eaters and vegetarians alike, but that is just where it starts.

If there is one dish that symbolises Spain, it must be Paella; the dish that we have come to relish as the great steaming pan of various meats or seafood and saffron-flavored rice, served at restaurant tables throughout the world.

There are as many different recipes for paella as there are chefs to cook them and we at perfect paella can create a paella to your favorite ingredients.

However we have created a few paella's which have worked very well in the past they are as follows, please remember if you a catering for a large party you can have more than one flavour of paella as each pan serves approximately 80 people.
